Return&Exchange
We understand that you need to return the shoes and we would like to make it easy for you. Before you sent the shoes,
1. Please send us an email to contact@eyedanceshoes.com with your order number and email or fill out the contact form from our web-page.
2. Once we receive your email, we will send you a shipping label.
3. When we have the package, we will evaluate the shoes based on our return policy below and we contact you in email.
We would like to remind :
- You can return in one week (7 calendar days) after the receipt date.The date of receipt will be obtained from the postal company(package tracking will be used to record the date of shipment and delivery-a.k.a. receipt date) .
- Products must be unworn/unused.
- Sole protection layer must not be removed.
- Products must not be altered in any way.
- Products must be returned with original packaging and the bag.
- We refund on original payment method minus processing and restocking fee of $30 per item.
The product that you would like to exchange must be compliant with the return rules and policies. Failing to fulfill any one of them may result in rejecting the return/exchange or partial refund.
Processing the return of the shoes and money and may take up to 4(four) days after we receive the items and you will be credited to the original payment method. We will send you an email when we complete the return process. The customer is responsible to pay for the shipment of the product for return. The cost of the return shipment will not be refunded. (depending on the distance it varies )
If you purchase the products during an event or festival, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
EXCHANGES:
Yes, we accept to exchange to find your perfect fit. We would like you to check the chart https://www.eyedanceshoes.com/pages/sizing-chart and make sure that you have the right size for your feet.

Processing the return and shipping for the exchange may take up to 4(three) days after the receipt of the items. The customer will need to pay for the shipment of the product for exchange and we will cover the cost of the shipment for the exchange. The exchange can be processed only for the alternative size and we cannot exchange for different color or models.
We would like to inform that we can only cover the cost of one (1) exchange and any additional and consecutive exchange request will be subjected to shipment fee. (Depending on the distance it varies )
If you purchase the products during an event or festival, we unfortunately cannot accept the exchange request.
